Athena Tahos

Athena Tahos is originally from Allentown, Pennsylvania. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, PA, and earned a Master of Science in Communicative Sciences and Disorders from New York University. Ms. Tahos has worked with children with ASD and other disabilities in a variety of settings, including in preschools, hospitals, day camps, and private homes. While at NYU, she also had the privilege of learning about social thinking and incorporating its concepts into small group settings. She strives to create stimulating sessions that simultaneously excite and engage her students while targeting their specific speech and language goals. Ms. Tahos looks forward to a productive and collaborative year working with all of her scholars, as well as the faculty and staff at NCSH!
